We Can Help Find You a Suitable Loan

TDC Solutions Limited is not a loan company and so therefore cannot itself administer a loan or Mortgage to customers. If we feel that a loan is going to be the right way forward for dealing with your debt situation we will, with your permission, record all the relevant information needed to complete a suitable loan application to be put to one of our trusted partner companies.

There are both advantages and disadvantages that come with taking out a loan. Loans come in many different varieties, all with their own personalised interest rates, incentives and penalties.

Advantages:

  1. They are obtained these days from a large number of sources.
  2. They can be very flexible and tailored to your specific needs.
  3. They provide you with almost instant cash.
  4. They allow you to pay back the cost over a long period of time, which may mean lower monthly repayments thereby reducing your monthly outgoings.
  5. Loans may be used to consolidate all of your existing debts, leaving you with one affordable payment per month.
  6. Different companies have different policies, which may result in being required to shop around for the most appropriate loan.
  7. Applications can be made in various formats e.g. over the telephone, online or in person.
  8. Most loans are deposited into your bank account within a reasonable period of applying.
  9. Loans are secure.
  10. Loans may be renewable or extendable on application.

Disadvantages:

  1. Due to the ease in obtaining a loan, it can be common to be ill advised and unprepared for what is to come. Loans may be a quick fix but may result in major debt. Potential consequences are that you don’t adequately realise what you are getting yourself into in terms of monthly repayments and how long it will take to pay back.
  2. Loans can have very high interest rates.
  3. The cost of the loan in the long run may be substantially higher than you are borrowing.
  4. Missing payments may result in playing ‘catch up’ from month to month
  5. You could find you pay significantly more back than you first thought.
